About Me

Hello, I am Viktoria -

a perpetually curious individual committed to alleviating suffering and unraveling the intricacies of the human mind, as underscored by the ancient Vedic wisdom:

"The mind is the root of this world

मनो मूलं इदंजगत्।."

My profound passion lies in Yoga and Ayurveda - timeless disciplines that offer not only a comprehensive understanding of our existence but also practical tools for nurturing physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

Fluent in four languages and well-versed in social, macroeconomic, and political dynamics due to my extensive educational background and international experience, my primary focus over the past ten years has been applying the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda to help individuals achieve holistic health.

I am deeply grateful for the guidance of exceptional teachers, including Dr. José Ruguê Ribeiro Junior (Ayurveda Therapy), Dr. Nandan Lele (classic Ayurvedic texts, Ayurveda and the Mind), Gunesvara Dasa (Vedic Astrology and Ayurveda), Dr. K.V. Dilipkumar (SMRITI Meditation, Ayurvedic Psychotherapy Technic), Pedro Franco (Yoga Teacher Training), Joseph & Lilian Le Paje (Integrative Yoga Therapy), Gary Kraftsow (in-depth Pranayama and Meditation studies, including Yoga Therapy for Depression) and the outstanding faculty of Modern Psychosomatics from People's Friendship University of Russia (RUDN).

I am especially grateful to my beloved Yoga therapy teachers - Dr. Nagarathna, Dr. Nagendra, Dr. Rawat and the incredible team at Vivekananda Yoga University, USA. Having completed my Master of Science in Yoga, I now begin a new and exciting chapter of my journey as a PhD student in Yoga, continuing my lifelong pursuit of understanding Creation, Consciousness, health, and the profound potential of Yoga to alleviate human suffering.

Their wisdom has become an integral part of my practice. Their invaluable guidance has shaped the person I am today, equipping me with both the knowledge and practical tools, to support others on their journey toward physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

I hope this brief introduction inspires you to begin in a meaningful dialogue that may contribute to your journey toward health, harmony and inner freedom.
